I am Dr. Florian Hollomey — IT consultant, software engineer, university lecturer, and pilot. I build software that I use myself every day: local instead of cloud lock-in, a one-time purchase instead of a subscription trap, open export formats instead of platform lock-in.
Polls, check questions, and quizzes for lectures and seminars. LehrPuls runs on the instructor’s computer; students join with a QR code in the browser — no accounts, no app to install, and no cloud service. It works even when the lecture hall Wi-Fi is poor.
Live transcription and translation of aviation radio, with specialized models for German and English radiotelephony — for training and for following along.
An unattended long-term recorder for radio traffic: it records only when there is a signal and delivers clean blocks with a time-stamped log.
A local document archive: file it, automatic text recognition, find it again in seconds — your documents never leave your computer, and you can export them at any time.
